Room for rent in Berkeley Bungalow

I have one extra room for rent in South West Berkeley neighborhood. The room is a larger room and has a private bath outside of it that is for the room but visitors to the house may use it as well occasionally. The room has built in desk and cabinets. The rent covers everything including all utilities, gas, electricity, water, hi-speed internet, trash etc. No smoking inside bedroom but okay outside.
