This is a very nice single-story house at a very desirable location in Union City, near Ardenwood border. The house is in the process of being renovated, and it is about to be completed. This house has been owned by my family since it was first built. I'm a friendly and humble landlord, and easy to get along with (which is very beneficial for you). We have one private bedroom available with a shared bathroom. The bedroom is a room that was converted in the garage. Monthly rent is due 1st of every month.

Utilities, high-speed WiFi, yard maintenance are all inclusive. There is plenty of parking on the driveway or on the side street. All common areas are accessible and laundry is located in the garage. If you need storage to store items, please let me know and I can make arrangements. Bedroom is not completely furnished (however, I may be able to provide some if available). It does come with a queen size Serta bed and bookshelves.

About us: We are a hard-working professional Filipino family, friendly, clean and humble. I have owned and lived in this house for the past 15 years. I always make sure everything is well organized and clutter-free. We speak Tagalog.
