We're looking for a housemate to move into our spacious 3 floor condo style apt in West Oakland.

About your room:
You'll have a private room on the 3rd floor, a private bathroom, and a dedicated parking spot ? $1500/m rent.
Your room has a built-in closet with sliding mirrors, a heater, a fan, and can fit a queen size bed.

About our home and its surroundings:
The 2nd floor is a beautiful open and spacious common area with 72inch TV, open kitchen & dinning area
5 min drive to I-980 / CA-24 and I-80 / I-580 freeway on-ramps
15 min walks to downtown Oakland and 19th St Bart.
Washer | Dryer in unit
Utilities is about $60-$130/month per person (Xfinity, PG&E, Water)
No pets | No couples | No drama
Move in Date: December 1st 2019

About you ? You have great communication skills and are a skilled conversationalist. You're very clean and/or well-organized. You're open-minded, chill and fun to be around. You generally don?t bring the party home. You're in your late 20s - early 30s.

Selena ? I'm a creative entrepreneur, from French Guiana, who's been in the Yay for 7 yrs. I've been living here for 3yrs. I'm in my early 30s. I enjoy creating experiences, traveling and connecting with people.

Shareina ? I'm a creative who works in advertising, born in the Caribbean but raised all over. Been in the Bay since January. When I'm not working, travelling or podcasting, I'm in my favorite place in the world: my bed.
