You will have access to the kitchen, living room and restroom. The property has a backyard as well as laundry (washer/dryer) in house. The house has a private security gate that you must lock and unlock while leaving the house.

The house is located on the border of West Oakland and Emeryville, about a 15-20 min walk to MacArthur Bart and close to bus stops for quick access to downtown Oakland and Emeryville. A bike ride into downtown Oakland or Lake Merritt is only 10 minutes. There are a few grocery stores in the area including Sprouts, Pak N Save, Community Foods Market and Trader Joe's. Also close-by is Target, Sephora, H&M, Forever 21 & Ross.
