This is the biggest room in the house and it is located on the 2nd floor.

This room is a medium sized room and it is located on the 2nd floor. (Shared bathroom)

-House info-
You would be sharing the 2-story 5bdr/2ba house with 5 female housemates.
You will have access to the kitchen, living room and restroom. The property has a backyard. The house has a private security gate that you must lock and unlock while leaving the house. Sorry no pets are allowed.

-Location-
The house is located on the border of West Oakland and Emeryville, about a 15-20 min walk to MacArthur Bart and close to bus stops for quick access to downtown Oakland and Emeryville. A bike ride into downtown Oakland or Lake Merritt is only 10 minutes. There are a few grocery stores in the area including Sprouts, Pak N Save, Community Foods Market and Trader Joe's. Also close-by is Target, Sephora, H&M, Forever 21 & Ross.

Due to COVID-19 I will be doing a Zoom/FT calls before an actual walk through house tour.
