Hi everyone! One of the bedrooms in our West Oakland house is available for rent immediately. The house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a large garage, washer and dryer, and a large living room. The house comes with central heating but no air conditioning/cooling.

The house is extremely close to the 880 freeway, is about an 8 minute walk from the West Oakland BART station and about 15 minute drive to San Francisco.
The rent for the room is $725 and a security deposit of $700 will be required to move in. The lease is month-to-month. Utilities are ~$115 per month.

The available bedroom is about 129 square feet. There is a bathroom across the hall from the room and it is shared with one other housemate. The room has a window and its own closet (both shown in the photos). The window opens up to a neighboring house but does allow sunlight into the room. The room comes unfurnished.

Current housemates are three guys in their 20s and 30s (1 graduate student, 2 professionals).
