Country Living - Exchange work for reduced rent

Located an hour outside Tucson, where the temperature is lower!

We have a small "ranch" and need someone who is willing to help care for the animals, especially when we are traveling. Currently, we have 11 chickens and 7 Sheep. Inside we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. We have a large home on 16 acres with beautiful mountain views all around. We get the best sunsets ever!

Your tasks would include daily feeding and watering and ensuring the animals well being. As well as collecting the fresh eggs! This takes 15 to 30 mins per day.
Once a month the chicken coup needs to be cleaned by removing the soiled straw and replacing it with clean straw. This task will take about an hour once a month.
Bi-monthly the hay needs to be replenished in the barn. Bales are 100 lbs each, so we need someone strong! (Although we can also use tools to make it easier to move the hay.) Depending on your strength, this task could take 4 hours to achieve.

In a 2 month period that would total approximately 22 hours of labor.

Of course we would also expect you to keep your bathroom clean and any common area that you use (kitchen, laundry, etc.)

You would have a private bedroom with an attached full guest bathroom. As well as access to the common area for TV, wireless internet, kitchen, laundry room, and dining area.

The house is furnished and we do have bedroom furniture available if you need.
