Fully furnished, private bedroom in a comfortable, stylish 4 bed/2 bath home close to hiking trails, quick access to Route 66, I-40, and Hwy 89, to visit many attractions, including the Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, Sunset Crater, Downtown Flagstaff, NAU, Sedona, Snowbowl, and so much more! Spacious backyard, and beautiful mountain views. Easy access to the property, and each room has its own unique door code.

Room is fully furnished (see photos). You would be sharing the guest bathroom with 2 other roommates. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and king sized bed.

Lease length is flexible. Anything from 3-12 months. No pets. No smokers. Only one person per room except in the master

*Utilities are included - water, electricity, gas, internet, trash
*In order to maintain the house clean, I have a landscaper and cleaning crew come out once a month. This is also included in the rent
*Refundable security deposit is $300
*House recently remodeled
