Rooms for rent in Ahwatukee

Hello, I have two rooms for rent in Ahwatukee off of 32nd street and the South 202. Its a beautiful 2340 sq. ft. home that is a tri-level. I am basically renting out my entire downstairs of the house. I have a master bedroom with full bath and walk in closet for $1200 with utilities included. I also have a large room for rent with a separate full bathroom for $800 per month, utilities included. There is a deposit of first and last months rent plus a security deposit of $500-refundable. There is a living room and patio for the downstairs to be shared by the renters. I do have a dog and 2 birds that occupy the residence with me and we live upstairs. The kitchen is upstairs that we will all share. There is a huge backyard and I am pretty easy to get along with. No pets.
