Chill humorous & respectful looking

I originally planned to occupy this apartment and gave one of my kids stay with me for a time. They live very close, however, and money is more important atm.
There is storage on site I would consider splitting. Otherwise has washer, dryer, your own bathroom, 24-hour gym, pool, and jacuzzi, gated, and five minute walk to the theaters and shops. Amazing location and amenities. I’m looking for a chill roommate. I’m in Ahwatukee with easy access into the freeway. I work from home, don’t have anyone but family over, LGTBQ-friendly, and very respectful.
I’m very open minded and get along great with women, and am fiercely protective as well. I’ve lived here alone for a year and a half, so I’ve accumulated stuff that I an in the process of selling.
