Nicest roommate you’ll ever have!

Medium sized furnished bedroom. Shared bathroom some of the time. Full access to all common areas. Pool, patio, BBQ. I am very easy to get along with as long as you’re a responsible person and clean up after yourself. I am an outdoor smoker. I have 2 respectful teenage granddaughters who get dropped off at my house every morning for school and get picked up after school. Sometimes they spend the night but like most teenagers they’re into their phones and privacy, lol. I have 3 friendly small/ medium dogs. I’m ok with having another dog as long as it’s good with other dogs and kids and you help clean up after it. Rent includes all utilities. I do follow SRP’s high/low peak usage hours. I do not turn the AC lower than 76. There are fans in the room. You are responding for your own food, toiletries and laundry supplies. New washer and dryer with steam feature. Off street parking, alarm system, security cameras. I’m also a student so I can’t have a really noisy roommate because I spend a lot of time studying and my study space is in the common living area. I have a lovely home but it’s a work in progress so I will be doing home improvement projects. I’m walking distance to Grand Canyon University. Everything is pretty close. I am willing to work out payments for the deposit. Serious inquiries only please. Family comes to visit from Tucson on occasion and it gets a bit noisy and messy but when they’re here, you’re treated like family. When they leave, things are quiet and clean again!
