Den in large apartment for rent

I have a den area I am looking to fill to help with rent. The flat rate is based off of base rent (one quarter) cost with additional cost for utilities that's included with the rent. Other utilities not included with rent is as follows, Power, and Internet. Power will be determined by increased usage as it is used (it's about $2-4 a day, your rate will be the cost of invresed usuage. I expect it only go up by a dollar or so I imagine) . I use SRP for the power. Internet is Cox and will be split by one third of don't have a remote job, by half if have a remote job.
*Note**
I do own a cat, and a guinea pig, they will be in my private room as much as possible so must be fine and not have allergies to either. I have a furnished living room/common area.
tobacco use is fine just go out on patio.
There are washer and dryers in unit.
LGBTQ friendly and welcome.
I am Autistic and ADHD must be accepting and understanding of that.
I do have specific to my house rules that I will go over if interested and once a viewing of space is completed.

This is a temp to permanent roommate. As I only have one bathroom and limited space being it a large apartment for what it is. The cost is non-negotiable and reflected of what is fair since it's not a true bedroom and private space. I understand if this is frustrating and non satisfactory to your needs.
*If plan to stay for less than a month, more than 7 days but less than 28 I am willing to do week to week payments. Down payment will be a weeks payment
**If longer than a month it will be months cost.
***Things I am not looking for, roommates with additional pets, {fish, small pets (non feline and non canine) are fine within reason} children (i do not have the room and accomodations for children, thank you for understanding)
****Couples; I don't mind couples. I understand that ups and downs happen...I don't want couples with compilations. Meaning drama and fighting who will be yelling and making it a hard environment to be in. I understand that this may be undesirable for some I apologize and understand if this is a no go for you. All couples partners will have to be present for viewing of space.
