Furnished with bed & new mattress, new sheets, pillows and blanket, 55” Smart tv, dresser with 6 drawers, nightstands w/ drawers, good size closet & blackout curtains. Large private bathroom with double sinks. Loft/hangout room outside bedroom. Shared living room, kitchen/ dining area, & 1/2 bath on the main level.

We’re 2 gay males 34 & 40, easy going, chill, normal & not the over the top kind! Easy to get along & live with. Pretty busy & both work partially away & partially from home. Get along best or prefer living with straight males or possibly gay, but not wild or the over the top type either. Smoking or 420 ok outside only. No drugs or heavy drinking.
