Roommate needed

I live at Cabrillo apartments and my current roommate left unexpectedly, I have nine months left of the current lease that I don’t want to have to break and pay extra by moving out. I am in the “classic” 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, the price is less expensive because it has not been remodeled like the other units (the dishwasher has been replaced). There is wear and tear in the carpets.
You would get the master bedroom and private bathroom, you would need to apply to be added to the lease and the apartment office charges something like a $65 application fee
The cost I have quoted would include electricity and WiFi, you can have a pet, but the charge $45 a month here.
