Tiny Place But With A Nice Fella No Dep/Min Stay

sorry but it's a tiny studio, they didn't have a category for that because it's kind of crazy but it's so nice living in arcadia with cool neighbors and a couple nice dog parks and swimming pools at hand. I'm not expecting anything weird at all. I'm a music lover and musician, an animal enthusiast and I paint and draw and I would really have more fun if I could cut rent in half by any means necessary...thought i'd put it out there. I'm at work most of the time and I live pretty small and quietly except for the clacking of a keyboard or occassional violin, uke, guit piano or quiet mumbly singing...I'm ok with you having a pet, a smokers cough, an ex you still talk about too much or a need for quiet times but no all day tv watchers, or tv as background noise people (sorry its not personal) or bf's that slowly become non paying roommates
