Private BR/BA in Shared Townhome in Phoenix!

The unit is three stories and the available room and bathroom are on the bottom floor of the unit. The shared living room / kitchen / office / balcony / guest bathroom are all on the second floor. My bedroom/office/bathroom is on the top floor, so the occupied bedrooms are separated by an entire floor allowing for optimal privacy!

I am only looking for one roommate, as I like to keep the third bedroom available as an additional office space, closet space, and there is a twin bed in there for the occasional overnight guest.

I do have two cats and would prefer not to have any additional animals in the home.

Details:
Move in: Room will be available starting in July, I can be flexible on the move in date after July 1st.
Lease: Month to month
Refundable Deposit: $250 - will be returned at the end of your stay assuming you have not significantly damaged anything.
Non-refundable Deposit: $250 (for move in and move out cleaning services)
Rent is all inclusive: Rent, Wi-Fi, Water, Trash, Power, Security System, Bi-weekly maid service for common areas (I am targeting about $1500 total, but I am open to being somewhat flexible).
Room: Can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference
Parking: You will have a parking spot inside the unit's attached garage
Guest Parking: First come first serve in the parking spots outside of the units
Community is gated and has a pool + hot tub. Mailbox is on-site. Washer/Dryer in unit.
