Dining room table can be brought in at request of my new roommate! It is in storage.
This condo has a balcony, a one car garage, and a reserved parking spot.
Preferred no pets.
Bed can be provided.

Rent: $1050/mo + utilities: wifi, AC, and water.
One time cleaning fee: $200
Security deposit: $900
Total Initial Move-In Cost: $2150
