My roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over her bedroom. We have a beautiful 2bd/2bth apartment with balcony 10 min away from everything! We have Tempe, Old Town, and downtown. Close to Arcadia and Popago trails. The Complex is called Cortland Red Mountain. We share a covered parking spot but also switch off with open parking that’s right at the complex as well. The Complex does offer garages for rent too. Some of my favorite features at this complex are the gym, pool, and valet trash!
