Los Olivios park outside from front room for rent.

I have a one bedroom and need a roommate. Im renting the front room (living room) approximately 20x14 feet. We share kitchen with full sized fridge, walk-in closet and shared bathroom. Located on 3rd floor. View of pool and the park. I have a 7 month old loving pit who sleeps with me and is crate trained. We cam hang a curtain creating a wall of privacy. Im single and low key when not working.
