This property is for somebody that has a regular 9 to 5 job and is usually out of the house, as I will be there during the day.
I am an artist, podcast host, musician, and do spiritual healing so I will occupy the bottom floor during work hours
If you do work from home or are in a similar line of work, I’m open to potentially sharing space during the day if the vibe is right
The reason it’s this way is because It is an open loft situation so this ensures you and I privacy.
