17Th Ave & Glendale-Master Room In 2 Bedroom Apt

Looking to share my 2 bedroom apt townhouse

APT is Near--- GLENDALE AND 17TH AVE. On the LIGHT RAIL line. Hello, My name's Devin. I'm a 42 year old white male. I am a private , kind and easy to get along with person. At least that's what I've been told. :) I am a clean, quiet and Respectful. I can pay my half of the bills. . I prefer to live with 1 other quiet and respectful person. I am totally able to be alone and on my own.

This is my home , I hope you'll feel like it is yours as well. It's furnished right now.. The .Kitchen and living areas. But you can mix or bring your own stuff. The bedroom has a full size memory foam bed and a dresser and lamp in it right now. It can be removed if you do not need that furniture.

The apt complex is a smaller family like place. 16 units in a courtyard. It's pretty friendly. It's a 2 story Apt. with a shared balcony for both bedrooms. I have no pets at this time. The room for rent is the larger master bedroom . About 15 x 10 feet . Full Bathroom upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. It's a pretty big Apt. There is laundry IN the apt and a separate apt complex laundry room

The complex wants you to fill out an apt application. Also sign a years lease that starts November 1st 2019. There is a $40 fee for that. Basically to check that you have stable income and maybe your past roommates or landlords. If you have any. Doesn't have to be totally perfect . But you do have to have steady income and work. I've been a great tenant for years .The rent amount I listed ($500) includes every utility and basic landline telephone and basic internet.

I have also done the application. So you know I can pay my share. Living with another person means negotiating things and some compromise. So I'm open to some changes. Thanks :)
