Private bed/br for rent ($680 +split utilities)

My name is Sydney, and I’m looking to rent out a bedroom and private bath in a 2bd/2br apartment in the Arcadia area. Rent would be $680 (includes water, sewer, trash), and we would split wifi & SRP bill. The lease would be for 1 year, starting October 2021, ending October 2022. ABOUT THE SPACE: Room has a closet along one of the shorter walls, and is unfurnished. The wifi router is the only thing I keep in there. You would have your own bathroom that’s right outside the bedroom as well. Decent sized living room, just my couch in there really. Kitchen has standard appliances as well. There’s no shaded parking in back, but always plenty of street parking.

ABOUT ME: I’m a teacher, and usually start my mornings pretty early, and end them early. During the weekend I’ll go out occasionally and like to be active and outside! Into some gaming, guitar, and indie films/shows. Other than that I do generally keep to myself. I like to socialize, but if you’re wanting your future roommate to be someone you spend a lot of time with, I perhaps may not be the one.
