Room for rent in 2b/2b apartment

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease. Apartment is located in uptown Phoenix off 7th st. The roommate, 26, (who is actually my bestie) works a normal Monday-Friday job. She would prefer another girl around the same age. Preferably no pets and absolutely no smoking.
I’ve been eyeing a one bedroom for a while and got the chance to apply so I’m so sad to go. The apartment and bedroom will be unfurnished, unfortunately everything is mine so you and the other roommate can decorate however you want!

Parking is $25 and in a garage. Key fob entry into the building so it’s super safe. Washer & dryer, large walk in closet and walk in shower, dual sink, patio, pantry and a built in Alexa surround sound. Rooftop, pool/hot tub, fitness room and clubhouse.
