The house is going to have new modern decor in a neutral color palette (cream, beige, light green), fresh paint, big-screen TV & sound bar, espresso machine, high-end comfortable furniture, floor-to-ceiling curtains, etc. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled (again, ignore the decor), so everything is in great condition. I'm also going to bring the backyard to life with some outdoor furniture, plants, a fire pit, and lights. Open to ideas from whoever moves in!

There is a 1-car garage and plenty of driveway/street parking. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with a security deposit. No smoking allowed on the property, sorry.
