Room available with en suite bathroom

The apartment is located at The Cortland at Red Mountain(Feel free to look the complex up), conveniently located near Tempe, south Scottsdale, and Arcadia. You would have a private ensuite bathroom in your master bedroom, walk in closet, and private access to a balcony overlooking the community pool. Parking is convenient. Community also offers an updated gym, parcels for packages, and a community/ workspace with complimentary starbucks and snacks. You can take this room furnished upon purchase of current furniture, or I can remove all or any items if you wish to furnish yourself. The room is officially open for sublease July 1, but I can negotiate early move in (around mid June) and rent would then be prorated.
