1 bedroom for rent

Looking for 1 female roommate. Small room for rent. Must be clean, respectful and no pets as they are not allowed in the apartment. Only one bathroom but I keep it, and the apartment very clean. Shared spaces. Has washer and dryer in unit. Lots of natural lighting in the common area. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Parking spaces available next to the building. Apartment is located in midtown/Melrose area of central Phoenix. Must be reliable. The available room currently has some furniture and things in it but will empty once I find a roommate. I have a bit of a coastal theme in my apartement. I hope you like that. I'm pretty laid back and quiet at home. =) Thank you.
