Rooms Available:
Room 1 - Furnished bedroom with private bathroom in mother-in-law wing of the house.
Room 2 - Unfurnished bedroom with hardwood floors, 10 foot ceilings, and MASSIVE closet.
Shared bathroom.
Cost Per Room - $1650 per month & includes

* Monthly professional cleaning
* Biweekly yard maintenance
* Weekly pool maintenance
* Multiple Streaming services (85 inch screen in living room)
About the Roommates:
3 males that have been friends for 20 years.
We basically hang in our rooms, or talk around the kitchen while meal prepping.
* 8th Grade Science Teacher. Watches a lot of TV shows and soccer.
* Silicon Valley Tech Guy - Travels to Europe and SE Asia for half the year.
* Horticultural Expert - Moving to Thailand soon.
