Room and shared bath :)

Hello!
We have a room with a shared bathroom available. We are looking for someone to become part of our little family, not someone to just fill a room!
Our house is one story and is near 7th avenue and Union Hills. We have a diving pool that will be ready for use this summer, a fireplace in the living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Your bathroom-mate is a 25 year-old, clean, respectful female teacher. Your room is a standard 10x10 guest room so not super big, and a 4 foot closet. I have a standalone bar that you're welcome to use if you need more hanging room for your clothes :)

My fianc? and I own our home. We are very reasonable, clean, and kind, we like to have fun but are also professional. We usually go to bed early during the week but don't mind going out and having drinking/game nights during the weekend!
We are looking for someone who is clean, a team player, respectful and loves animals! We all take turns doing the grocery shopping, making dinner and cleaning up! We make it as fair as possible. We require a two-month trial lease for anyone looking to live with us. We know that you can like someone but just can't live with them so this helps with that! In the middle of our two-month trial lease (at the one month mark), we will come together as roommates and friends to discuss any issues we've had and whether or not we are a good fit. If we decide it's not a good fit from either side (us or you), no hard feelings, we get it! It gives you a month to find a new place and us a month to find someone else to fill the room! If we decide to keep living together, then we can sign a longer lease :)
We have three big, sweet and rambunctious dogs and one little cat. So, if you don't like animals or hair then we are not the right home for you! We love animals, but we can't fit anymore in right now. We are looking for someone with no pets, no kiddos and no drugs. :)
