Looking for a year+ long roommate deer valley

Apartment complex name: Avenue 25

• Highspeed internet
• Pool
• Dish washer
• In unit washer and dryer
• Private bedroom and ensuite bathroom
• Amazon locker hub for amazon packages
• 24x7 fitness center
• 3rd floor apartment (No elevator / ADA access)
• Lease does not allow me to sublet so you would have to be on the lease
• Split rent = $1000/month. This does not include utilities.

I am a 28 year old guy who currently lives alone in a two bedroom apartment with a 9 year old tortie cat. I work from home during the day then I go into my overnight job.

With the little free time I do have at home, I spend it cleaning my apartment, watching videos on my phone, playing games on my computer or sleeping. I am very home-body oriented. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor. I compare myself to an old man because all I want is peace and quiet. I drink maybe 5 times a year, I don't or smoke. I rarely ever bring anyone over and when I do its either my mom, my sister, or my grandma.

My ideal roommate would be someone who wont drive me crazy. I don’t want to live with someone who’s bringing their spouse over all the time, someone who wants to argue all the time, a thief, a slob, a drug addict, an alcoholic. I work from home during the day so I need a quiet place. Preferably someone who works as much as I do.

Looking for someone who can stay at least 1-2 years. Maybe longer but I’m probably moving out in two years. I just need a roommate for the next year or 2 so I can save more money.
