Small room available

Hello,

My name is Melesia. I have 1 room available for rent in my 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. The room is small with a closet, perfect for a student or traveling med resident. The bathroom is shared with my other roommate.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has an in unit laundry room. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen that leads to the patio. There is a fireplace and central A/C.

The complex itself has 3 pools, and is non-smoking. If you do smoke, you will have to smoke away from the complex.

Rent is a total $900 which includes internet and electricity.
