Bedroom with private bath for rent in Desert Hills. I am a 27 year old female chef and I own the home. My boyfriend is a 32 year old chef and he shares the master side of the house with me. We do have one additional roommate who is 27 years old and an engineer and the TSMC chip plant. The room for rent does have its own bathroom. Rent is $950 a month and includes utilities, wifi and laundry, plus use of all common areas and off street parking. I really would like a female room mate between the ages of 21 and 30. Someone with a full time job outside the home, no pets and no children. We do already have three small dogs in the home.
