Hello! My name is Roxy and I’m renting my room as I will be moving out. I am moving out of this home so we are looking for someone to replace me on the lease. The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping. Mature female preferred to share clean 3 bedroom single family home with two women and two friendly dogs. Rent is $500 per month plus part of the utilities. Also a $100 deposit must be paid upon acceptance. Must be responsible, sign a lease agreement, have a background and credit check with a credit score of over 600. Please have references. Available June 6th.
