Terrific Room In Condo In Downtown Scottsdale

Located within walking distance of the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and close to restaurants, night clubs, bike trails, and Scottsdale Fashion Square. The room includes a private bathroom and balcony, and in-unit laundry. The complex is gated and includes a pool, tennis courts, recreational amenities, and parking. Also close to ASU as well. Water and internet are included and we split electric. It's a furnished room, but furnishings can be removed. The condo is non-smoking.
