My home has 3 upstairs bedrooms with only 1 that will be rented out. The room is 12' x 12' size, nice size closet, and currently has a queen size bed and chest which can be removed if person has their own furniture.
The bathroom would be exclusive to the new tenant. The unit has a small furnished backyard. Common areas downstairs include a 65 " TV with most streaming services, dining table, another table with barstools facing the TV, nice kitchen--I enjoy cooking and could include a meal plan as well.
My garage also acts as my gym with a treadmill, weight bench, block weights with mounted TV on wall.
Washer and Dryer upstairs and I do have a small indoor cat.
The development is ideally located a mile from Downtown Chandler, 3 miles from the 202, 4 miles from the 60 and 4 miles from the 101.
Would like a female roommate due to past male roommates that did not work out. Cleanliness is important as is respect for everything inside.
