I am in need of a roommate near downtown Chandler. My current roomie is moving out, so I need someone to pick up half of the lease. The apartment is located on Arizona Ave. and Warner. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom, with a washer and dryer included. The apartment also offers trash valet and has great amenities. Monthly expenses are usually $1100-$1350, not including household expenses and money that will be added to the SRP power box. I have some qualities I am looking for in a roommate, so if below sounds like you please hit me up! I’m looking for a new roomie and bestie.
