Looking for respectful roommate

My name is Yvette and the other roommate is named Tyler. I prefer living with males (no drama). I am quiet and keep to my self and so does Tyler. I am a 6th grade teacher and Tyler is an engineer in the Air Force. We keep the house clean, respect each others space, and do not touch each others property, food, etc. We are responsible for our own laundry soap, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc. I have a dog named Scooby Do, she is 2.5 years old, potty trained, lovable, and VERY well behaved.

The $750 rent includes WIFI, electricity, water, pool, washer & dryer, kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. The $250 deposit will be given back to you if there isn't any damage to the house and I am given a 30 day notice.

I do not mind if you smoke outside.
