Small furnished room in Fountain Hills

Room in three bedroom home, 35 inch TV mounted on wall, private bathroom and access to Laundry and kitchen, living room and backyard. Quiet area that is within walking to Target, Subway, Streets of New york pizza and other stores. Single drama free male who has a 9 year old every other week and who is quiet and respectful and does not bother roommates. Looking for quiet dependable person who will not be bringing multiple random ppl into my home. If you party still or are a serial dater, this place won't work.. Looking for repectable professional who mostly keeps to themself. Home has a fenced yard if you have a fur baby. I do have one cat, two cats when i have my son for the week. All animals are welcomed as we loved animals in this home, as long as they are potty trained please. A legal rental agreement with be required.
