We are a family of four who have spent the last 20+ years as foster parents. We have two open bedrooms after we closed our foster license. We now rent the rooms rather than foster when our son went to high school he want us to be present in his life and focus on him for rather than sharing his world with multiple children.
You will have a private room with a shared bath. The bath would be shared with our the other renter and our son when he is home from college. It would be a private furnished room, You provide the TV we provide the internet. All other utilities are included.
