My 2300 sq. ft. home is half a mile from the historic downtown food & entertainment district and is close to US60, 101 and 202. Private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) and private bathroom. We will share a laundry with washer and dryer, ?cooks? kitchen with all new stainless appliances, formal living & dining room, kitchenette overlooking the lake and pool and family room. Price $695 month with refundable deposit of $375. Price includes utilities, Internet access, Sling TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. Garage parking, plus some storage is in garage. Must be clean, honest, responsible and help with housework and show steady income. No pets, no children. Non-smoker and no drugs. Background check on approval.
