2 bed 1 bath with loft area

I have 2 avaiable bedrooms upstairs ($1050 per room or $1900 if you want both rooms) - 1 bath room upstairs and there is a Loft/Living/TV area up there as well. Kind of like a 2 bedroom apartment upstairs.

Prefer to rent to a single mom with 1 child that can afford both rooms - however, I am flexible.

MUST be a clean person, non-smoker, keep your space as well as common areas clean.

I am quiet, to myself, work from home, and have a 14 year old son that's rarely home (plays football and basketball.) We occupy 2 rooms downstairs - you would have upstairs to yourself.

There is a full size bed in 1 room and a crib in the other. The crib can be removed if not needed. If you have a child that needs it - you can use it.
