Private Room in House with Homeowner

Hi there, I am a 24 year old homeowner, looking to have a roommate live with me, my girlfriend, and our 3 friendly dogs. Located near 51st Ave and Union Hills, My home is Tri-Level, and the room available is downstairs is on the East side of the house, while our room is upstairs on the West side of the house. Looking for one person, no pets, minimal guests, with proof of steady income. We are pretty ?clean? people, as we clean the entire house every week, looking for someone with the same level of respect towards cleanliness.
