I will supply all utilities, high speed internet (the fastest I could get), as well as regular yard maintenance and cleaning services. This is truly an ideal house sharing situation. You will be responsible for cleaning up your own space and any general organizing, but basic cleaning will be taken care of by a professional. I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you!
