Very close to restaurants, shopping, parks and trails, 10 minutes from I-17 and I-101. I am a professional who works from home at night; male partner travels. Living room, laundry, kitchen, wifi/broadband, pool and patio for communal use. Some exercise equipment available for use as well. Large 1/3 acre lot with fruit trees, chickens and a large garden. Well behaved pets are welcome (no cats, sorry), including small parrots and other exotics. We have several pets, including exotics.
