Already got two female professionals for the other two rooms, so female room mate preferred. Home built in 2020, Bedroom is an en-suite room with a KING size memory form mattress, luxury vinyl plank flooring, high ceiling fan with walk-in closet for him and her. A 55 inches QLED 4K ultra HD connected TV will be in room before Tenant move in.
Programmable thermostat.
Gated community with biking and walking path, children play ground, community pool, and hot tub.
Designated smoking area in the patio.

Home is located near restaurants, bus lines, grocery stores, and entertainment.
3 minutes walk to Harkins Theater and Goodyear civic center

Separate kitchen cupboard/cabinet/drawer space for your kitchen needs/food/condiments/etc.)

Access to use the Laundry Room and Kitchen privileges.
(pots/pans/plates/cutlery/cooking utensils, etc. is for your use as well)

The room is fully furnished.

The bathroom is a private en-suite with shower

The rent is $1100 a month, and due on the first of the month.

A $500 REFUNDABLE deposit upon moving out is required at the time of move.
