Small Furnished Room; Amenities Paid For

The room is roughly a 10x10 with a small walk-in closet, furnished with a queen bed, box spring, and mattress. Currently has roommate, so out of respect for privacy there's no photo of the room itself. It's in terrific condition with a north facing window and overhead lighting/fan; looks like the rest of the home.

Bathroom is shared with other roommate who is tidy. Common area usage is fully encouraged; after all, it's your home too! Looking for someone quiet, responsible, and considerate of others. We have a good time here, but this is not a frat house.
