The room is available for rent now, along with a separate bathroom that would be shared with one other very clean person. The rental agreement is month to month, so if you wanted to come stay for just 1 month or 6, whatever you choose I’m happy to accommodate! The room is $1100 + $200 utilities all included, with a one time move in damage deposit is $500 but is also fully refundable. The house/room is fully furnished. Unfortunately, we are not accepting any pets at the moment. This is very clean and respectful household, and we are looking for a productive, clean person to coexist with us.
