Furnished bedroom with adjacent private bath

I am a retired widow looking for another mature woman to rent my spare room. The room is down the hall from my room and next to a private full bath. Also has access to the washer and dryer in the hall. I do have a cat. She’s not a talker. My Son-ln-Law stops by often with their two dogs for short visits. The complex has two pools and a hot tub. I am not a social butterfly… I so enjoy my retirement. It is a friendly place, I know some of my neighbors.
