I need to move closer to work so I am looking for someone to take over my room from as early as April- December( big chance of resigning). It can come either furnished or unfurnished, and we have a third front room to work/ workout in! Also in an amazing area with tons and tons of amenities located in the brand new Scottsdale Entrada

$1550 for everything except electric! I resigned with no rent increase which is unheard of in the valley right now, especially at a brand new apartment!
