We are looking for a roommate, we just bought a beautiful 4 bedroom brand new home in the Montana Vista community in South Phoenix. It's a very nice area! It is me & my boyfriend Ian who own this home with our German Shepherd puppy, Gunner! The rental includes all utilities, cable, WiFi, washer/dryer use and driveway parking(possibly even garage parking)... You will be sharing a bathroom with another roommate, it is located in the hallway. I will need first months rent and a $650 deposit. No pets please. Look forward to hearing from you soon!
