.Your Private Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor in the East Wing of the 4,000 sq ft home. It is a large room with a very comfortable Queen size bed with a Brand New Pillow-Top Mattress, Mini Fridge, Microwave, Ironing Board, Hair Dryer & a Full Closet. Your room is also equipped with a 32-inch television that has Directv Programming. You will also enjoy waking up to the view of the mountains from your bedroom windows. The Upper Level has a family room with a Television and Oversized Sofa Pit. In the upper-level bathroom, each person has their own sink and cabinetry. The shower and toilet area have a separate privacy door that is separate from the vanities. There are 3 additional bathrooms in the home.
Each room comes with a key lock entry for your privacy and security.

On the lower level, you'll find the formal dining room, living room, family room, laundry room & kitchen, which leads to the screened patio where you can enjoy an awesome view of the mountains. The laundry room is also located on the lower level.

The home is very spacious so, you will not feel the stress of being too crowded.
We do an exceptional job screening when looking for roommates who are warm, respectful and keep to themselves.
